Boo!
--- of Mummies and Dinosaurs ---

I am sitting in the dining room of the George and Kim Galdiano thinking about what has happened in the last two weeks. I just came in from the living room after watching Clubhouse Mickey (hot dog!) with Gideon and Amilia and, honestly, I was beginning to fall asleep :).

Things have been busy as ever for us the past two weeks, but we’ve had a chance to relax a little. Mom, Dad, Amy and I were joined by our fellow missionary kid Vanessa Whitt and my cousin Krystle Feller in a sight-seeing trip. We visited the Natural Bridge Caverns outside San Antonio to see the underground caves there and went to Witte Museum in San Antonio. Amazingly enough this was the first time in my 22 years I was able to see a Dinosaur skeleton (Triceratops to be specific) and not one, but TWO mummies! We all enjoyed ourselves :).

We left my grandparents place in Tarpley, Texas on April 30 for Snyder, Texas. On our way we stopped in Fredrickburg, Texas to window shop on historic Main Street, visited former missionaries to Africa, Tex and Mary Jane Williams in Austin and saw the house where my mom lived and ate at The Old Towne Crier where Mom worked in Abilene. It was quite a treat to see these old places.

Sunday after we arrived in Snyder Dad reported and spoke in the morning service. The 37th Street Church of Christ are great supporters of our work. We left Snyder on May 3 (my 22nd birthday) for Dallas for a cool down period and have since played laser tag and go cart racing :). Fun fun fun!!! Please continue to keep us in your prayers! We still have two major trips to take up north before we leave, God willing, in June. Also please continue keeping the rest of the team and the ongoing classes at the BSC in your prayers. Thanks and God bless!

In him,
Sara Murrell
